Uncle Dan is a major character of illumination’s 14th feature film Migration. He is the uncle of Mack Mallard, the uncle-in-law of Pam Mallard and the granduncle of Dax and Gwen, the grandfather of Charlie and Julie with huge bellies and the brother of Alice.
Uncle Dan was voiced by Danny DeVito, who also voiced Philoctetes from Disney's 1997 animated film, Hercules, and The Lorax from Illumination's 3rd feature film, Dr. Seuss' The Lorax.
