Theodore "Thimblenose Ted" Matthews the Rat (or simply known as "Ted" or "Thimblenose") is the leader of Ladykiller and Fat Barry. He is an evil slim grey British zombie-like rat with a deep voice, who has a thimble on his nose all the time (hence his nickname).
