"Take a Chance on Me" is a song that is featured in the 2008 live-action feature film, Mamma Mia!. In the film, the song is performed by Julie Walters and Stellan Skarsgård, who play Rosie and Bill, two of Donna's (Meryl Streep) old friends and potential fathers of Sophie (Amanda Seyfried). Rosie sings the song to Bill, trying to persuade him to stay with her on the island after the wedding.
