
Sitting Ducks is a children's animated television series based on the 1977 Sitting Ducks lithograph and the 1998 children's book of the same name, created the poster artist Michael Bedard. Sitting Ducks first appeared in 2001 in Europe, later debuting in the United States on Cartoon Network, in Australia on ABC3 and Nickelodeon, in Canada on CBC Television, in the United Kingdom on CITV and Boomerang, and the Japanese version of Cartoon Network. It is released in the United States on Universal Studios. The TV show is a companion piece to Ribbits!.
The show lasted for two seasons each comprising 13 episodes, with the last episode shown on July 5, 2003.
It is a companion piece to Ribbits! from Focus on the Family.
