Pigtail is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Doom) of DreamWorks 49th full-length animated film The Bad Guys 2.
Description[]
Physical Appearance[]
Pigtail is a female anthropomorphic wild boar with a short mahogany red spiked mohawk, big white tusks, and maroon irises. For accessories, she wears a silver septum ring and a small hoop helix piercing on her right ear. Her clothing consists of dark mustard yellow overalls with darker knee patches and a dark gray long-sleeved shirt with matching wristbands, a brown utility belt and calf-length motorcycle boots with mustard yellow laces and gray soles.
During the 'Lords of Lucha' wrestling tournament, she wears a gold and black pig themed luchador costume.
In Mr. Moon's wedding heist, when pretending to be an electrician, she wears her usual clothes with welding goggles.
When she and the Bad Girls stole the Moon X rocket and go to space, she wears an orange MOON-X space suit.
In the community service, she wears a short sleeved orange prison uniform with white shoes.
Personality[]
When Pigtail is first introduced at the Lords of Lucha tournament, she appears to be a big brute who is dangerous in combat. Later when she introduces herself to the Bad Guys, she claims to be "crime nerd" who is very enthusiastic about working with her heroes. Out of all the members of the Bad Girls, she is the one who is most kind, good-hearted, welcoming and amiable to the Bad Guys even starting to develop a budding friendship with them after working with them to steal Mr. Moon's watch with Webs even giving her her first nickname, "Buttersnout", which she was very happy about as she had never had a nickname before. Inspite of her growing friendship with the Bad Guys, she still went along with Kitty's plan, exposing Diane and leaving the Bad Guys to be arrested with their lives seemingly ruined. But despite the fact that she went along with Kitty's plan, Pigtail along with Doom had no intention of actually killing The Bad Guys or harming innocent people. When Kitty reveals that she is a sadistic monster who doesn't care about her allies or anyone but herself after strangling Doom and elbowing Pigtail in the head, Pigtail is horrified and sadly submits to Kitty's order of securing the airlock calling her, "boss", instead of "Kitty" showing she has lost all respect for her former leader. But instead of securing the airlock, she along with Doom have a change of heart and save both Snake and Piranha.
After Kitty’s defeat and when Pigtail along with Doom see the Bad Guys and Diane reunite, she understands why they chose the redemption path and she realizes that the Bad Guys are more than a team; they are a family and she respects them more because of that. After they all return to earth, Pigtail and the other Bad Girls are arrested. Kitty is sent to SCUM prison for all her crimes, framing and blackmailing the Bad Guys and endangering millions of innocent lives. Doom and Pigtail, on the other hand are sent to do community service to make amends for their crimes the same as the Bad Guys did. Pigtail is shown to have developed a close sibling-like friendship with Doom after leaving Kitty and being sentenced to community service.
Overall, Pigtail is kind, kind-hearted, friendly, silly, chill, prideful, brave, wonderful, lonely, caring, loving, gentle, generous, humble, sweet, tough, polite, wise, and tough.

The Bad Guys 2[]
Years later, Wolf helps Commissioner Luggins track down the Phantom Bandit, a new criminal. After leaving, they find evidence leading to the bandit being Snake, only to later realize he was with his new girlfriend, Susan. In an attempt to expose the Phantom Bandit at the "Lords of Lucha" wrestling tournament, the Bad Guys are ultimately framed for the Phantom Bandit's work.
They are later kidnapped by a group of female criminals called: Kitty, Pigtail and Doom. The Bad Guys refuse to aid them because they’re not criminals anymore and they should just let them go. But Kitty laughs and then they show video footage revealing Diane as the "real" Crimson Paw her former criminal identity. It’s a lost security camera footage of her unmasked on the day she gave up being a criminal, using it as blackmail, threatening to expose Diane’s abandoned identity and ruin her life, along with theirs for protecting her secret. As Wolf and the others reluctantly agree, only to keep Diane’s secret safe. Meanwhile, Diane visits their previous foe, Professor Marmalade, in prison. He reveals that Kitty busted him in prison, asking tips on how to get a step ahead of the Bad Guys and his technological knowledge to use the MOON-X space station, which has a powerful magnet that, attached with a metal known as MacGuffinite, can steal all of the world's gold.
The group begins their plan by successfully plundering the smartwatch of the rocket's owner, Mr. Moon, at his wedding. Kitty gives Wolf the footage on a flash drive as promised, before Wolf leaves, Kitty tells him her story of why she became a criminal, and told him how people respected her, and telling Wolf how they respected him when he was bad. Wolf leaves, and regroups with the other the Bad Guys who have recorded her confession, but Wolf has been guessing from by Kitty’s twisted advice, making him think that she’s right about staying bad and could’ve had everyone’s respect but ignores it and were about to leave to go to the police, but the Bad Girls traps them after, as they were already suspicious of them from the start. Despite already getting what she wanted, Kitty uploads the video to the internet, revealing Diane's secret identity globally, acquitting Marmalade, which Kitty reveals thay she got tips from him and that he showed them how to work a magnet in return they clear his name on his behalf of their deal, and they alert the police of the Bad Guys' location. Diane confronts the girls before they board the rocket, Diane manages to overpower all of them and prepares to arrest them, but Kitty tauntingly reveals that they revealed her identity as the real Crimson Paw and the footage is now live and tranquilizes Diane while she was distracted and horrified by the heartbroken messengers, but Diane manages to sneaks on board while half-conscious. Luggins arrests the Bad Guys for earlier at and knowing about Diane being the Crimson Paw all along, but admits that she trusts them and they’re not the criminals. She helps them board the rocket via helicopter.
Pigtail and Doom are shocked as the see Kitty's true heinous nature. The two thugs look back in her in disgrace and disgust, and go outside rescue Snake and Piranha with Kitty being unaware.
After Kitty is beaten and vanquished, the group rendezous along with Doom and Pigtail. As Wolf embraces Diane and they share their first kiss, the satellite goes out of orbit. They enter escape pods just before it crashed in the desert, though the Bad Girls' pod was still in good condition while Diane and the Bad Guys' was totally wrecked. Although they manage to survive, they fake their deaths so they can continue doing hero work as secret agents. After crash-landing, Kitty is sent to SCUM prison for her atrocious acts, and Doom and Pigtail are redeemed while are forced to work at the community service for their crimes. But they are happy to have uprooted from Kitty once and for all.

- O Horizon and The Bad Guys 2, both of Maria Bakalova starred in, came out in 2025.
- Agent Hogwild in the books, while not given a confirmed location of origin, was American Southern, complete with a Hayseed Name as her real name. In the sequel, as confirmed by the trailer's synopsis, Pigtail, her movie counterpart, is Bulgarian.
- The character in the books is named Agent Hogwild. In the movie, as revealed by the trailer's synopsis, she's now named Pigtail.
- She is shown having tusks like a male wild boar, female boars do have tusks like males (although they're smaller and less visible).
