Odlulu is the main antagonist of Where's Waldo?. She is a genderbend version of Odlaw.
Where Waldo and Wenda seek to enjoy the world in all of its beauty, Odlulu and her pet ferret Fritz pursue their own selfish designs. She is an Anti-Wanderer and former member of the WorldWide Wanderer Society. She is also Waldo and Wenda's arch-nemesis (and sometimes friend).
Biography[]
Odlulu is a troublemaker preteen girl who used to be in the WorldWide Wanderer Society, but she quits and become an Anti-Wanderer. In all her appearances while plotting against the Wanderers, she obtain the Wanderer keys and attempting to take control of the certain location. She also uses the magic key to zap everything (including people and other things) to cause chaos and get whatever she wants in any location that she travels. In some episodes that she can steal things from people, cheating in competition games and lying to the Wanderers. In several episodes, she steal the Wanderer key from the Wanderers (particularly Waldo) and use it for her own needs.
She occasionally helps out with the Wanderers for their quest, mainly defeating other enemies and save the certain location by turning everything back to normal. In few episodes (such as "A Wanderer's Christmas" and "Where's Woof?"), she didn't have any villainous traits which simply allies to the Wanderers.
Age[]
At some point she may have been twelve years old, though which episode/source mentions that requires clarification.
In season two's "Toddle-Lu, Mexico City" the official summary says she "uses the Grow-Up Key to skip ahead a few years" to be able to celebrate a quinceañera (fifteenth birthday) the plurality indicating she is under fourteen (as that would just mean a singular year to go).
Wenda similarly asks "don't you have a few more years to wait?" and Odlulu implies the answer is yes by responding "not anymore, thanks to this little beauty". This implies she would normally have to wait years except for the key's ability to shorten it.
Odlulu elaborates "a few years will only take a few seconds". While viewers might a formula of "seconds of transformation equals years altered", given that "a few" can mean a variable number and also that Odlulu hasn't used it yet and may not know how long it takes to work, it's just guessing.
No instance clarifies exactly how much "a few" is though.
When the Wanderer key has the reverse effect of the desire (reversing her into a toddler) she describes herself as "two and a half" (ie 30 months) though it's unclear how she knows that.
