Mongo is a supporting character from Shrek 2. He is a giant gingerbread man created by the Muffin Man to help Shrek save Princess Fiona from Fairy Godmother.

He is voiced by Conrad Vernon.

Shrek 2

Mongo was created by the Muffin Man as livestock so that he could help Shrek and the gang stop the kiss between Fiona and Prince Charming. While traveling to the castle one of his gumdrop buttons was destroyed by the castle guards and he falls into the moat while trying to hold down the castle's drawbridge.

Mongo could be seen singing with the rest of the gang, but he is still drowning. Mongo may be deceased, as he does not appear in future installments save for one.
