Melvin Jerome "Mel" Blanc was an American voice actor, comedian, singer, radio personality, and recording artist who was best known for his voice work with Warner Bros., Hanna-Barbera, DiC Entertainment, Walter Lantz Productions, and radio work on The Jack Benny Program and The Hoot Owls.
