Jimmy gives Jerry the go-ahead to provide Buster's group everything they require for their performance after the idea is approved.
The Next scene depicts Jerry always being with Jimmy. He also makes an effort to win Jimmy over by doing things like cheering for his daughter Porsha Crystal when she performs "Girl On Fire" and blindly obeying his commands.
When Buster is called into Jimmy's office so the latter can reprimand the former for lying to him about knowing Clay Calloway, Jerry is called on to clean up the mess that Jimmy caused in rage, in which he says that he's happy go help him on.
Later, she is in Jimmy's office when Porsha cries about being "fired" by Buster. As the koala walks down scared down the hall to Jimmy's office, Jerry looks up while typing away on the computer. Buster looks at him and Jerry slowly shakes his head disapprovingly.
When Jimmy fails to throw Buster off the office balcony, Jerry interrupts him by reminding him of his scheduled appearance on "Hot News" and suggesting that they "put a pin" on the current situation. Jimmy then locks Buster in his closet and plans to finish him off later. He and Jerry go on Linda Le Bon's show.
After they both left, Suki Lane frees Buster and advises him and his group to skip town. Backstage at "Hot News", Jimmy tells his assistant to bring a snack from his office, which she does, but then notices that the office door is open, causing him to scream in fear of him boss's reaction. He brings Jimmy a snack and quietly informs him of Buster's escape. Jimmy is angry but keeps his anger in check when he appears on a talk show.
After a while, he wakes up from sleeping at his desk to find Buster and his group organizing the "Out of This World" behind Jimmy's back. Jimmy calls Jerry on his phone and tells him where he is, to which Jerry says he's coming to rescue him. German breaks the cage with a bolt and frees an enraged Jimmy.
After "Out of This World" ends, Linda Le Bon finds Jimmy backstage, congratulates him and calls him a genius, to which Jerry appears and agrees.
