Ichy and Dil are the two main antagonists of The Land Before Time IV: Journey Through the Mists. Their main goal in the film is to eat Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie, Spike, and Ali, which would unknowingly prevent them from bringing the Night Flowers to Littlefoot's sick grandfather. Ichy is the leader, and Dil is the follower.
