Biography[]
The Halloween decorations were brought to life by Odlulu (later Dracula) with the Haunted House Key. They like having Halloween parties and scaring people around. They also causing chaos across the festival. At the near end, they were combined by the Night-To-Day-Anator and gets reversed by Waldo with the Haunted House Key.
