Frankie is one of the secondary antagonists in Where's Waldo? episode "A Welsh Trick and Treat". He is one of Dracula's henchmen.

Biography

After Frankie was brought to life by Dracula with the Haunted House Key, he (along with Mums and Finny) chases the Wanderers, Wolfie, Odlulu and Fritz. He is having fun at Halloween party at the castle with other monster crew. He then surrounds the Wanderers before Fritz accidentally opens the drawbridge. He attacks people and causing chaos across the festival at Wales. At the near end, he was combined by the Night-To-Day-Anator and gets reversed by Waldo with the Haunted House Key.

Personality

Frankie is mean and scary Halloween decoration who likes to have Halloween parties and scaring people around. He also helps Dracula to conquer Wales and causing chaos across the festival.

Frankie is Frankenstein's Monster with green skin, dark blue suit jacket, and teal eyes.
