Donkey Kong is an fictional character featured in video games and related media released by Nintendo.

Alongside Mario in 1981, Donkey Kong made his first appearance in the same arcade game title of his name. Donkey Kong also appeared in the Mario Kart series, Super Smash Bros. series, Mario Party series and Mario Tennis. Since 1994, Donkey Kong appeared in his own franchise, Donkey Kong Country alongside Diddy Kong.

He is voiced by Seth Rogen in the 2023 film, The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Rogen also voiced Mantis from DreamWorks Animation's Kung Fu Panda franchise, Pumbaa from Disney's 2019 live-action adaption of The Lion King and Frank from Sony Pictures' 2016 animated comedy, Sausage Party.
