Cocomelon: The Movie is an upcoming 2027 animated musical comedy film based on the YouTube series CoComelon created by Moonbug Entertainment. It will be directed by Kathleen Thorson Good (in her feature directorial debut).

Cocomelon: The Movie is scheduled to be released in the United States on February 26, 2027. It will be the studio's 52nd feature film.

Production

In May 2025, it was announced that Universal Pictures would distribute a Cocomelon movie for a release in 2027. It will be produced by DreamWorks Animation, Moonbug Entertainment, Flywheel Media, and Prime Focus Studios. DNEG would provide the animation.

Cocomelon: The Movie is scheduled to be released in the United States on February 26, 2027.

Trivia

• This is DNEG's third co-production with DreamWorks Animation, following their work on providing additional animation for Trolls Band Together and its short It Takes Three.
• This will be the second DreamWorks preschool film, after Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie.
• This will be the second DreamWorks Animation film to be released in February, after How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.
