Christopher Julius "Chris" Rock III is an American actor, comedian, and screenwriter. He is best known for his appearances on the late-night variety show in Saturday Night Live, as well as in comedy films such as Down to Earth and Head of State. He is also well-known for voicing Marty the zebra in the Madagascar franchise and the title character in the 2001 live-action/animated hybrid comedy Osmosis Jones.
