Carter Verone is the main antagonist of the 2003 film 2 Fast 2 Furious. A former Argentine-American drug lord who was targeted by U.S. Customs due to his drug operations and later arrested after Brian O'Conner and Roman Pearce went undercover with aid from undercover U.S. Customs agent Monica Fuentes.
