Agnes' Unicorn is a stuffed toy featured in the 2010 animated film Despicable Me and its sequels. It is a plush toy of a unicorn that belongs to Agnes Gru, one of the three adopted daughters of the film's protagonist, Gru. The toy is notable for being very fluffy and for eliciting Agnes' enthusiastic reaction: "It's so fluffy, I'm gonna die!".

The toy first appears in Despicable Me, when Agnes and her sisters are taken to Super Silly Fun Land by Gru. Agnes sees a large unicorn toy at a carnival game and wants to win it, but fails. Gru then uses his freeze ray to cheat and win the toy for her. Agnes is overjoyed and hugs the toy tightly, saying her famous line.
The toy reappears in Despicable Me 2, where it is shown to be smaller in size. Agnes still loves the toy and carries it with her most of the time. When a mutated minion named Kevin breaks into Gru's house and tries to eat the toy, Agnes screams so loud that she shatters Kevin's goggles and rescues the toy. The toy makes its final appearance in Despicable Me 3, where Agnes decides to sell it along with other items to help Gru after he loses his job. She gives the toy to a little girl who pays her two dollars for it. Agnes says goodbye to the toy and tells the girl to take good care of it.
Agnes' Unicorn has become a popular merchandise item based on the Despicable Me franchise. It is also featured as a power-up in the mobile game Minion Rush, where it allows the player to collect bananas in a mini-game.
